What to do when the app won't start or shows a black screen
If tapping the BGMC Station app leaves you on a black screen or the app won't start, the cause is most likely the state of the app or your device's OS. Please work through the steps below in order.
Solutions
1. Restart the app
Close the app completely, then launch it again and try. This often clears temporary glitches.
2. Restart your device
Restart the device itself, then open the app again and try.
3. Update the app to the latest version
Older versions of the app may fail to load on startup, leaving the screen blank.
- Search for "BGMC Station" in the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play (Android)
- If an "Update" button is shown, tap it to update
- After updating, open the app and try again
4. Reinstall the app
In rare cases, data stored inside the app can become corrupted, causing startup to fail repeatedly. Reinstalling the app may resolve this.
- Delete (uninstall) the app
- Reinstall it from the App Store / Google Play
- Log in again and try
