Changing or recovering your registered email address

Your registered email address is important information that we use to send you login and password reset instructions. Here's what to do if you'd like to change your email address, or if your previous address can no longer be used.

Note: This article covers changing or recovering the registered email address you use to log in. If you'd like to change the address that receives payment (billing) notification emails, please see I want to change the email address that receives payment notification emails.

Case 1: You can still receive email at your registered address

You can change it yourself.

  1. Log in to BGMC Station.
    https://members.bgmc-station.com/signin
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Update your email address in the email field.

Case 2: You can no longer receive email at your registered address (including if you've forgotten your password)

Login and password reset instructions are sent to your registered email address. If that address can no longer receive email, resetting on your own becomes difficult.

In this case, please contact us using the form below. After we verify your identity, we'll help you reset your login details and update your registered email address.

Notes

  • Your usage and subscription are carried over as they are, so there's no need to register again. Please note that signing up again with a different email address creates a separate account.
  • We recommend always keeping a working email address registered so that future notifications and password resets reach you reliably.
