If you have a paid subscription but see a "Free trial has ended" message and cannot play music, you may be logged in with an account under a different email address from the one used for your subscription.
Main cause for this message
With BGMC Station, a separate account is created for each email address.
If you have signed up with more than one email address in the past, logging in with an account that only used the free trial will show the "Free trial has ended" message, and music playback may not be possible — even if you have an active paid subscription under another account.
How to resolve the issue
1. Check the email address used for your subscription
Please confirm the email address registered to your paid subscription using one of the following:
- The address that receives our payment notification emails
- The email address you entered when completing your subscription
2. Log in again with your subscription email address
- Log out from the settings screen of the app
- Log in again with the email address used for your subscription
