Yes, BGMC Station allows you to pause your subscription.
This is useful when you want to temporarily stop using the service — for example, when your venue is temporarily closed. While paused, no charges apply, and you can resume your subscription at any time from your account dashboard once you are ready.
Pause overview
- Eligible plans: Monthly, 1-year, and 2-year plans — all plans support pause
- Pause duration: No limit. Pause for as long as you need
- Pause frequency: No limit. Pause and resume as many times as you wish
- Charges: No charges while paused (free of charge)
- Resume: Self-service resume from the account dashboard at any time
What you can and cannot do while paused
While paused, the following applies:
- Music playback: Not available
- Account dashboard login: Available (so you can resume or change settings)
When does the pause start?
If you request a pause while you are still within an active contract period, the pause will begin after your current contract period ends (this applies to all plans — monthly, 1-year, and 2-year).
For example, if you request a pause while on a 1-year plan, music playback will continue as usual until the end of your current 1-year contract. After the contract period ends, your subscription will automatically enter the paused state.
The same applies to the monthly plan: the pause will begin after the end of your current monthly billing cycle (from your most recent billing date to the next).
How to pause
- Log in to BGMC Station
- Click the "person" icon in the upper right corner of the screen
- Select the "Payment History and Settings" button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure
The procedure screen may display wording such as "Cancel," but this action is treated as a "pause" by BGMC Station. Your Station account will be kept active — this is not the same as account deletion (退会 / withdrawal).
After completing the procedure, the pause will automatically begin once your current contract period ends. Music playback remains available as usual until then.
How to resume
You can still log in to your account dashboard while paused. When you are ready to resume, you can do so directly from the dashboard. Once resumed, music playback will be available again as usual.
Pause vs. account deletion
A pause keeps your Station account active while temporarily stopping the use of your subscription plan. This is different from account deletion (退会 / withdrawal), which removes your Station account entirely.
- Pause: Your Station account is kept active. Your subscription plan is temporarily paused, no charges apply, and your settings and history are preserved. Music playback resumes as usual when you reactivate
- Account deletion (退会 / withdrawal): Your Station account is deleted. To use the service again, you will need to register a new account, and your past settings and history will not be carried over (see How do I delete my account? for details)
