Previously, using BGMC Station across multiple stores or devices required an Enterprise Plan application process. With our new feature, anyone can now easily contract for multiple devices directly through our website. This functionality makes our service more accessible to small-scale multi-store operators.

Please note that if you require bank transfer payments or copyright certificate issuance, please use our Enterprise Plans.

Application Process for Multiple Device Contracts via Website Purchase

For New Contracts

1. Access BGMC Station Official Website

   • Register new account or log in with existing account

2. Select Plan and Number of Devices

   • Choose from 2-Year Plan, 1-Year Plan, or Monthly Plan
   • Specify required number of devices (2 or more devices)

3. Enter Payment Information

   • Input credit card information
   • Set billing information

4. Contract Completion and Instant Service Start

   • Service available immediately for specified number of devices after payment completion

To Add Devices to Existing Contract

1. Log in to BGMC Station
2. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Click "Payment History & Settings" on the "Pricing" page
4. Click "Update Subscription" on the displayed screen
5. Set the "Quantity" to the number of devices you want to use
6. Complete the payment

Pricing

Website purchase offers the following plans:

• 2-Year Plan: $12.98 monthly equivalent × number of devices
• 1-Year Plan: $20.76 monthly equivalent × number of devices
• Monthly Plan: $25.96 per month × number of devices

Usage Examples

• 2 cafes with separate playback devices: 2-Year Plan at $25.96 monthly equivalent ($12.98 × 2)
• Hotel lobby, restaurant, and bar with 3 playback devices: 2-Year Plan at $38.94 monthly equivalent ($12.98 × 3)

Changes to Contract Terms

For changes to the number of playback devices in website purchases, we handle them as follows:

• Increasing device count: Additional devices are charged on a prorated basis until the next billing cycle, and additional devices can be used immediately after payment
• Decreasing device count: New contract count will be applied from next billing cycle

Simultaneous Playback

• Simultaneous playback possible up to contracted device count
• When not playing simultaneously, login possible on more devices than contracted count
