Yes, we have an Enterprise Plan.

Enterprise Plan is mainly used in the following cases:

  • When you need a copyright license certificate

Please note that for using multiple stores or devices with one account, you can now purchase multiple devices directly from our website, so we recommend the simpler web purchase for most customers.

Enterprise Plan Application

If you would like to apply, please contact us with the following information via our inquiry form:

  • Number of playback devices
  • Email address for login *Please register as a free member in advance
  • Company name for billing
  • Pricing plan

We will issue a PDF invoice, and once payment is confirmed, we will set up your account to allow playback on the specified number of devices.

Pricing

We offer the following plans for Enterprise customers:

  • 2-year Contract Plan: $12.98 per month ($311.52 lump sum payment)
  • 1-year Contract Plan: $20.76 per month ($249.12 lump sum payment)
  • The Monthly Plan is not available for Enterprise contracts.
  • Payment is required in full at the beginning of the contract period.

Examples

  • A cafe owner has two cafes: 2-year Contract Plan monthly equivalent fee will be $25.96 ($12.98 x 2)
  • A hotel wants to play music in lobby, restaurant, and bar (3 devices): 2-year Contract Plan monthly equivalent price will be $38.94 ($12.98 x 3)

Contract Period and Renewal

Enterprise Plans do not renew automatically. You will not be renewed or charged automatically at the end of the contract period without your consent, which makes it easy to manage your budget and review your usage.

  • Contracts run for 1 or 2 years and end when the term expires.
  • As your contract nears its expiration date, we will reach out to you with renewal information.
  • To continue, please apply again at that time (you can also review your number of playback devices and contract length).

Changes in Number of Playback Devices

For changes in the number of playback devices during the contract period, since Enterprise contracts require annual lump sum payment in advance, we handle them as follows:

  • To increase playback devices: Additional contract for the new contract period
  • To reduce playback devices: No refund will be provided, only the number of available playback devices will be changed
