We have identified an issue with Android 16, which was released for Pixel smartphones on June 11, 2025, where the BGMC Station app stops playing music during background playback.
This issue may cause interruptions to your store's background music, potentially affecting your customers' experience. Our technical team is actively working to identify the root cause and develop a solution, though we expect the fix will require some time to complete.
