No, using BGMC Station's music in podcasts is not permitted. Using our music as background music or sound effects in podcasts constitutes "secondary use" of the music under copyright law and is therefore not allowed.
BGMC Station is designed as a premium BGM service specifically for physical store environments, and our copyright clearances are limited to playback within commercial establishments such as cafes, restaurants, clinics, and other business spaces.
